• Products returned without original packaging or essential components.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the information and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.

4. Return Authorization

Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team to request a Return Authorization.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.

If you would like a different model, color, or size, please contact our customer support. Additional charges may apply if there is a price difference.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they enter processing or shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process after delivery.

10. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect shipping address may be subject to return shipping charges or restocking fees, where applicable.

Please verify your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

11. Manufacturer Warranty

Some RC vehicles, electronics, batteries, chargers, motors, ESCs, and accessories may include a manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to their individual terms and conditions.

Damage caused by accidents, improper installation, misuse, water exposure, unauthorized modifications, racing abuse, or normal wear and tear is generally not covered.
